About the plans/membership/payment methods

1. How do I contract a plan?

In the prices section of the website you can see the different plans we offer and there you can hire the one that best suits your needs. 

2. Can I change my plan anytime?

Yes. If you wish to change your plan, please contact us at info@becomeapro.online. You will have to tell us what kind of plan you have and the plan you want to move on to. Only changes to upward plans are allowed, it means that if you have the Professional Market and are interested in the Silver, Gold or Diamond Plan, no problem. Conversely, it is not possible.

3. But then I lose part of my annual fee?

No. At Become a PRO we want you to enjoy the most out of the Plan you have contracted and the maximum amount of time. If you wish to change your plan and you still have months paid, we will give you a discount voucher proportional to the months you have already paid. (For example, if you still have 6 months left on the Gold Plan and you want to switch to the Diamond Plan, you will receive a bonus of €19.98 direct discount for the Diamond Plan and your subscription will be renewed for another year from the moment you make the payment)

4. Are all anual fees? Or are there monthly fees?

Our fees are all annual, and it is not possible to pay monthly.

5. Is it possible to make the payment in several installments?

The administrative difficulty with athletes from over 100 countries means that the access of Become a PRO is paid for in full before the start of the event.

6. Are there any discounts?

Yes. If you want to be a Become a PRO promoter so that your annual fee is practically free, we tell you how to do it at descuentos@becomeapro.online

7. Can I cancel my subscription?

No. Subscriptions are annual and cannot be cancelled. You can unsubscribe at any time but you will not be entitled to a refund.

8. How can I pay?

There are 3 payment methods and our recommendation is that you try to make payment by this order of options:

9. I don't have a credit card or checking account. Can a family member or friend make payment in my name?

Yes. There's no problem at all. If you use this option, do not forget to put the details of the person who will access to Become a PRO on the registration form and the details of the person who will access it on the payment form.

10. I don't have a PayPal account, can a family member or friend make a payment in my name?

11. If I don't have a credit card, a paypal account or a family member or friend who has a credit card or paypal account and I choose to pay by bank transfer. In which bank can I make the payment?

Contact us at info@becomeapro.online and we will give you the bank account details so you can make the deposit and we will send you the passwords when we receive it.

12. Why can't I make the deposit at another bank?

To ensure the security of the transaction, payments must be made to Become a PRO official account. If the deposit is in cash, you will have to do it in your bank and have them transfer the money to the oficial account of Become a PRO.

13. My Sports Entity asks me for an invoice for the payment made. How can I get it?

You can download all your tickets in your profile.

14. What happens after registration?

If you have registered by bank transfer, you must send an email to soporte@becomeapro.online attaching proof of payment. You will receive an email with your Become a PRO passwords in a few days.

15. Is my subscription automatically renewed?

No. We'll email you a month and a few days in advance to remind you not to let your subscription expire and lose your Professional Market profile or your progress on Become a PRO Academy.

16. What does it mean if VAT is not included in the price?

VAT only applies to private individuals residing in countries belonging to the European Union. Not the companies. All users who do not live in a European Union country will NOT have to pay VAT or any other tax.

About the Platform in general

17. Where do I see the username and password to access the Academy?

Both will arrive with the welcome email once you have made the payment.

18. Can I access the platform, both from the training and from the Academy, from any device?

Yes. Our websites are responsive and adapted so that you can connect from any device and anywhere you have an internet connection.

19. Can I change my role?

About Training/Academy

20. What is the difference between specialized training and Academy training?

Specialized training is training videos for the attention of athletes, coaches and parents and Become a PRO Academy training includes Tests, Questionnaires, Sports Enigmas, Exclusive Videos, Virtual Classrooms, among many other things. Stop by the Academy and make the DEMO resources (link) that we have prepared for you for free.

21. Are you updating the specialized training material and the Academy?

Of course. Become a PRO is growing every day, both in terms of partners and teaching materials. If the contents were not updated in a short period of time, it would not be quality training. We will keep you informed whenever we upload new didactic

22. What does the training include?

The training includes access to all videos of one of the roles you have chosen when you subscribe (athlete, coach or parent).

23. What does Premium training include?

You can access all the videos, whether they are for athletes, coaches or parents.

24. If we are a family and want to access the Academy platform from different devices at the same time, we can?

No. The system produces an access key (user and password) for each registration. Once inside, you will see that the didactic resources are fragmented according to the type of user so that you can make the one that interests you the most. In this way progress and grades are divided and each can have its own grades and progress. It is very important that you read the Academy's "Rules of Use" carefully in order to have more information on this point.

25. Can I access the exclusive training and the Academy even if I am not a coach, athlete or father?

Of course, the Become a PRO Academy training is aimed at all audiences and is useful whether you are an athlete, coach, parent, manager, staff, amateur or curious. We are delighted that you are part of this (your) community.

26. Are these official degrees offered at the Academy?

The degrees are not recognised by any public body, but the training is of the highest quality as it is carried out by our Director, who has extensive training experience and has built numerous courses for various official organisations and each year receives proposals for the construction of different courses from universities in various parts of the world. Soon the courses will be officially recognized by different universities.

27. How can I get a letter of recommendation from Become to PRO?

You can obtain it by contracting the DIAMOND plan and by taking the Academy training course that allows you to access the letter of recommendation from Become a PRO and a Diploma of recognition of your training.

28. How can I view the videos in another language?

Once you have accessed the video, click on the letters "CC" located at the bottom right of the video, next to the volume. There you can choose the language you are most interested in.

About the Professional Market

30. We are a family and we are interested in the DIAMANTE pack, and we want to have 2 or more profiles in the Professional Market, what should we do?

Each plan offers 1 profile on the Professional Market. If you want to have 2 or more profiles you must hire the diamond plan and as many bronze plans as you wish.

31. How many profiles can I have in the Professional Market?

One for every plan you hire.

32. Is all training online?

At the moment Become a PRO does not have any face-to-face part so you can train from any device and if you prefer, without having to move from your home.
